 *Beef Stroganoff ala Noxxa* 😋


Bahan2/ingredients

1kg beef, cut in strips

2kg fresh button mushrooms/2tin button mushrooms

2 tablespoon/camca besar tomato paste

3 camca kecil/teaspoon paprika

Butter

500ml chicken/beef stock 

150ml sour cream 

2 onions

1 bulb garlic (about 2 camca besar)

Salt & pepper to taste

Rice/pasta


Method/cara masak

1. Panaskan periuk Noxxa 160c stirfry

2. ‘Brown’kan daging. Jangan masak all the way, don’t cook it through because we will slow cook the meat later. Asalkan ‘brown’ on the outside cukup dah. 

3. Reduce heat to 99c, masukkan butter, chopped garlic, onion

4. Naikkan suhu to 150c stirfry sampai onion lembut

5. Masukkan tomato paste, paprika dan mix. 

6. Masukkan chicken/beef stock, naikkan suhu stir fry 160c

7. Bila dah boil, masukkan button mushroom dan stir

8. Leaps air dah kurang (kalau mushroom fresh, ia akan release air sikit. Kalau tin, kasi mix 5 min cukup)

9. Masukkan daging, kasi stir rata.

10. Slowcook 2-4.5jam (up to you). I suka slow cook lama sikit because I ada masa + nak flavour lagi best.

11. Kasi stirkan 2-3 kali (every 30-45mins) so that sauce semua rata

12. Masukkan sour cream, stir dan ratakan, tambah lada hitam dan garam sikit. 

13. Bon apetit!!

Boleh makan Beef Stroganoff dengan nasi, pasta penne atau spaghetti. I suka makan dengan sayur asparagus atau brocolli pun bila feeling2 nak diet. 😁


Ni resipi I memang agak2 a bit to suit my own taste. Kalau u nak kurangkan mushroom pun boleh - I suka sangat mushroom so I put banyak sikit. If you slowcook 2 jam pun cukup dah, but for me I suka 4jam so flavour masuk mushroom betul2.

Sangat senang kalau uols pun ada periuk noxxa ni..
